Covers rubbed, especially at the extremities, hinges internally cracked but secure, text block sound with no loosened pages, large bookplate, name and date on front free endpaper [including Mildred Stribling Folk, possibly related to the author], pages lightly age-toned but clean, very minor old transparent stain to far outer margins of the last few pages.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair/No. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
