Occasional thumb-marking present. Cracking to gutters of a few pages with exposed binding. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Crushing to spine ends with small splits and fraying to cloth. Scuffing and light marking overall. Mild tanning to spine and edges. Light water staining to front board.

The photographic portrait of George Belcher is fine. Illustrated in black & white with Belcher's cartoons from Punch, etc. 13" high X 10" wide, 80 pages.
