G/none, used, ex-library copy from the USGS Casper, WY office. iii-vi, 110pp plus plate 1, 2 & 8 in pocket on the rear paste-down. The other plates are bound in the book. Interior has usual library stamps and marks. Binding tight. Maroon colored cloth binding with gilt text on spine. Corners are square and not worn.
