Textblock mildly flecked on edges and several leaves, else good. Illustrated (Gregory Peck, still from the 20th Century Fox film based on this novel) dustjacket has original price-sticker to front flap, edgewear, a closed tear, nipped corners and abraded folds. An outspoken book on a difficult subject: Philip Schuyler Green comes to New York, as a staff writer for a great liberal weekly, "Smith's Magazine". Noted for his previous articles on coal miners, his first assignment in his new job is writing a series of articles on anti-Semitism . . .
