All other pages are clean and binding is very tight. Dust jacket has a little light rubbing at spine edges. Head and tail of dj spine are lightly bumped/worn. A little wear to upper edge of dj. Dj has been placed in an archival quality protective mylar cover. Flat signed by author on title page. Errata slip laid in. 186 pp. The author has lived in the bluegrass region of New York for more than 50 years. In that time, through his work as a veterinarian, he has become familiar with the history of the farms and estates of the region. He has also had experience with the horse breeding, racing, hunting and equestrian sports of the region. Foreword by Martha D. Wadsworth.
