Early, possibly original, thin grey card covers, spine bound in white tape. 9ins x 5.7 5ins, [iv], xii, 242pp plus folding map, 5 plates (1 folding) and two folding charts. Bookplate from Easton Neston Library to inside of front cover - no other library markings. Page edges dusty. Card covers tatty with some loss. Nevertheless an original complete surviving copy.
