"These huge lithograph color sheets depict genealogical charts from Adam to Jesus Christ and other genealogical charts of Biblical characters. The chronology dates from 4004 B. C. to 100 A. D. Four maps show the Eastern and Western hemispheres, 19th century Europe, the location of the tribes of Israel, Russia, and the Near East. Extensive tables give dates, Biblical references, prophecies, miracles and parables, etc. An insert at the top of the first sheet shows the influence of the devil 'as Recorded in the Books of the Old and New Testament.' These sheets may have been used in Shaker classrooms to teach Biblical history, but they are not mentioned in visitors' accounts and the charts appear to be too detailed and sophisticated for children."-Richmond, Shaker Bibliography 1312a,
