Minneapolis: University of Minnesota Press, 1978. 2nd Printing. Hardcover. Fine/Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Green cloth, silver lettering. 2nd printing, 1978. Minimal wear, looks near new. Binding is tight and square, unread appearance. Pages are crisp, bright and unmarked. DJ has light wear, few tears and chips around edges. One 1/2" tears at each end of spine, 1/4" open tear on bottom edge. Not price-clipped. Fine or better book in a good + jacket.
