A book by American horticulturist Peter Henderson (1822-1890), subtitled 'A Guide to the Amateur in the Fruit, Vegetable, and Flower Garden, with Full Directions for the Greenhouse, Conservatory, and Window Garden'. Illustrated throughout. Condition: Good condition for age. There is rubbing to the green cloth, some light tanning to the pages and the rear hinge is starting but otherwise in strong readable condition.
