About This Item

Harper and Brothers, 1922. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Good/None. i-xx + 270 pages. Seven-eights gray-green colored paper binding with one-eighth black colored cloth binding on upper and spine. Text is black on upper and was probably gilt on spine but has flaked off. There is paper wear to the top and bottom corners of the upper board and appears to be a small bug damaged hole to the head of the spine on the upper and lower boards. On pg. 99 there is an embossed mark from the Turner, OR public library. On the ffep. there is a former owner's signature and date. Pages are browned but not marked or smudged. On the bfep. some of the paper has been torn away where the library card plate had been positioned. Binding is tight.
