New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1935. Mild EX-LIBRARY copy, from the Orange (NJ) Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. NO exterior library markings (spine, covers, and page edges are clean). Minimal interior markings (hospital bookplate and pocket). Inner hinges are perfect. Bound in the original black cloth, lettered in gold on the spine and front cover. Attached to the front endpaper is the inner flap from the book's dust jacket (not price clipped: $2.00). First printing, with MCMXXXV on the title page, and the Scribner "A" and seal on the copyright page. Complete with the "Rivermont Park" foldout racing chart.
