About This Item

Nottingham: Stafford & Co., 1958. Single sided printed poster, approximately 1015mm x 755mm in size (40" x 30"). Lightly creased from old folds, some chipping and tiny tears to edges, with small amount of loss to top right hand corner, several tape 'repairs' to reverse, some light surface soiling, but generally fairly clean. Based on the 1957 novel 'The Hoods Take Over' by Ovid Demaris. The film was directed by Gene Fowler, and starred Charles Bronson, whose image dominates the poster, in one of his earliest starring roles. First Edition. Unbound. Good. UK Quad. Poster.
