About This Item
London: Hutchinson, 1949. First Edition. Very good copy with a bit of fading to the cloth at the spine in a lightly dust soiled and handled dust jacket with a clipped corner to the front flap and some small chips and tears. The front panel of the jacket shows an aristocratic man sitting at a desk with a document in front of him while an angry mob is just outside the window behind him.
