Canada: Viking, 1987. First Canadian edition, first printing of Gallows View - An Inspector Banks Mystery by Peter Robinson, published by Viking in Canada, 1987. This is a very good copy, signed by the author on the title page in black ink, in quarter bound ivory boards with green spine and ivory titling, some minor pushing to the head and foot of the spine, shelf wear and slight handling wear, browning to the text blocks and light spotting to the front and rear past downs. The near fine unclipped wrapper with minor pushing to the head and foot of the spine. Jacket design by T.M. Craan, illustrated by Simon Ng. Scarce.
