Includes black and white photograph plates. Fold out map p156. Pages are slightly tanned on the edges with moderate foxing throughout. Slight fold to bottom of p52 and top of p61-4. Moderate tanning and foxing to endpapers. Small cracking to front hinge at top. Moderate tanning to edge of text block. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping and fraying corners and rubbing to surfaces. Notable bubbling on front board. Small bleaching on bottom of boards. Moderate tanning to spine and crushing of edges.
