Exquisite compilation of 32 children's stories designed to teach lessons about about Self-Discipline, Compassion, Responsibility, Friendship, Work, Courage, Perseverance, Honesty, Loyalty, Virtue, and Faith. This children book is profusely illustrated with 16 delightful inspirational stone-engravings, all protected with tissue-guards. Light shelf wear. Corners rubbed and blue binding beginning to wear away. First signatures pulling from text block. Very minor and sporadic foxing to pages throughout. Text in French. Binding and interior in overall good+ to very good condition.
