A copy in lovely fresh, clean, tight very good condition in a very good wrapper. No inscriptions. Numerous photographic reproductions and musical scores illustrate the text. Original publisher's boards gilt embossed to the spine. There is what appears to be a printer's mark/line running across the title block - this concealed by the overlying wrapper.
