About This Item
London: William Kimber and Co. Limited, 1958. Hardcover. Fair/Good. 5 3/4" X 8 3/4. FAIR / DUST JACKET GOOD. Former library book. 206 pp. Includes 20 b/w photo illustrations. Pages are slightly toned, and many have smudges or small stains in the right hand margin and on the right side edge of the textblock. There are no pencil or other marks other than typical library treatments. Inside front hinge is cracked. Boards are covered with blue fabric, gold titling on spine. Bottom edges are completely worn through to boards, which are themselves worn. Top edges are worn but still intact except at top of spine, which is worn through to boards, beginning to rip. Binding is solid, however, no loose pages. Dust jacket is enclosed in a library mylar sleeve which has preserved it fairly well: shows signs of rubbing, shelfwear, somewhat bumped at top/tail of spine, but otherwise in good condition.
