Harvard University Press, 1962. Cloth. Fine/Near Very Good. (2d ptg.) Slightly smaller, thinner book, fine dark blue cloth, gilt lettering near very fine on spine, 83 lightly browned pages. With folded (once) typed letter on State of New York Executive Chamber stationary dated July 30, 1962, and strong dark blue handwriting above printed Mr. Lewis--"Irving," and signed at bottom "Nelson A. Rockefeller," then "Nels." Addressed to Irving Lewis, CEO of company in Ithaca, New York. DJ beneath mylar glossy lightly blue background with darker blue "F" at front left, black bar design at middle front and spine, b/w photo of Rockefeller on back. DJ has microtear with light crease at top front edge, two micronicks at bottom front edge, microtear and micronick at spine bottom edge, very tiny tear at bottom back edge, white portion of back lightly and uniformly browned. Near Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
