Third edition of these selected comic pieces by the Canadian humorist, notably including "An Irreducible Detective Story," whose target is an unnamed but easily identified Great Detective. 7.25'' x 5''. Original green cloth. Color frontispiece by A.H. Fish. Black and white plates by M. Blood. 231 pages followed by publisher's advertisements. This copy from the library of Curtis Armstrong, with his emboss to half-title page. Spine sunned; boards a bit scuffed, with light chipping to spine ends. Minor foxing and pencil marks to endpapers.
