New York, New York, U.S.A: Alfred A. Knopf, 1963. Hardcover. Fair/Fair. 9 1/4" x 12 1/4. FAIR / DUST JACKET FAIR. Former Library Book. 123, [3] pp. Text clean and unmarked except for usual library treatments. Illustrated with 90 photographs in b/w and four full-color plates. Boards in white cloth decorated with lozenge pattern and tiny repeating lions with black cloth spine lettered in gilt. Upper and lower edges rubbed, lower edges and corners worn to boards. Dust jacket protected in library dust jacket cover, upper edges rubbed and very creased, corners and spine top and tail rubbed. Front hinge mobile, first signature slightly loose, but tremains attached, back hinge good, binding overall stable.
