New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1907. First Edition. Good+ in its original red cloth covered boards with faded gilt text on the spine and bright gilt text on the front board. A small octavo of 7 1/2 by 4 7/8 inches with 1/4 inch black ink splotch on the front gutter, with a lean to the spine, with light wear and rubbing to the cloth at the head of the spine and a prior owner's signature and date of "1907" on the first free end page. Without a dust jacket. 633 pages of text followed by four pages of ads by the publisher. Illustrated with a frontispiece.
