London : Appleton, 1930. Cloth. Very Good. 9" by 6". None. A very smart copy of this memoir of Edward John Trelawny, the titular friend of Percy Shelley. Including a portrait of Trelawny, the original of which was owned by Shelley, this book details the life of the former; a poet, biographer and adventurer who became known for his friendship with both Shelley and Byron. Contains ink inscription to endpapers. In cloth binding with gilt detailing. Externally smart, with some rubbing to the extremities and backstrip. Internally, the book is firmly bound and the pages are bright and clean throughout. Very Good
