La Jolla, California: Museum of Contemporary Art, 2000. First Edition First Printing . Soft cover. Near Fine. Reed, Roy. A set of 2 coloring & activity books, 1 in Spanish, 1 in English, "for kids age 8-108." These were originally produced to accompany an exhibition held 15 May-4 Sept 2000 at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, CA (in La Jolla), entitled, "Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera and Twntieth-Century Mexican Art: The Jacques and Natasha Gelman Collection." Each book has 12 pages (+ inner & outer covers, which also have activities to do/color). Each is a softcover 4to (8.5" x 11") in white wrappers decorated & lettered in black. Condition is Near Fine: completely clean, just lack that brand new crispness! Pages white & unmarked. Tiny bit of rubbing & shelfwear. The English version has a light smudge to front cover on Frida's neck. Scarce, especially in such pristine condition!
