In half morocco bindings, with marbled paper covered boards. Gilt detailing to back strip. Significant rubbing to board perimeters, with light rubbing to back strip head and tail. Head of front joint of volume I starting and a touch tender, with head of rear joint starting and firmly held. Volume II front hinge strained and firmly held. Newspaper clippings to front endpapers of volume I. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and generally clean, with only the odd spot. Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
