Fred Samuel, from Argentina, aka Fred, Joaillier de la Rue Royale a la Place Vendome, started making fine jewelry for the stars in the late 1930's. He was influenced by Suzanne Belperron, Jeanne Boivin, and Jeanne Toussaint among others. Princess Grace, Margaux Hemingway, Jacqueline Delubac, and Karin Averty were among his clients and are shown here in photographs with his creations.
