Limited edition, 200 copies printed October 1936. Cloth spine, green paper over boards, gilt stamped on cover and spine, deckle edges, x + 16 pp text Introduction and 104 b & w plates (the Catalogue for the Frans Hals Exhibition in Detroit in the Spring of 1935. A nice copy, clean with no writing or marks, binding tight. There is a small black smudge on the front cover and a couple of even smaller smudges on back cover, several minor spots of wear at corners and along edges. Illustrator: Hals, Frans.
