Two leaves have been removed, one between pages 14 and 15 and the other was pages 17 and18. Rubbing wear to the edges of the wrappers with a small loss of lamination at the bottom corner of the rear cover at the heel. Includes Bibliography. 8 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches.
