Chatto & Windus, 1890. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1890. No Edition Remarks. 207 pages. No dust jacket. This is an ex-Library book. Blue cloth covered boards with gilt lettering. Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Pages are moderately tanned and occasionally foxed throughout. Heavy cracking at the hinges with exposed binding material. Crumbling dried glue at front hinge. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Sunning to spine. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.
