USA: American Book Company, 1899. First Edition. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6? - 7?" tall. Type: Hardback 1899 First Edition Hardcover Book in Good Condition. No jacket. Clean green buckram binding with black lettering and panel on front and spine. Roughly worn on corners and spine ends, rubbed on edges, worn looking but solid and clean. Some signatures are a little loose. An ex school book, with stamps on the endpapers and title page with embossed stamp on title page. Pages are clean, occasional marking of text, page 74 is torn, pages edges toned. A short life of the four poets with some examples of their poetry--William Cullen Bryant, Henry W. Longfellow, John Greenleaf Whittier, and Oliver Wendell Holmes. 254 pages. 5.25 x 7.25 inches. American Book Company, New York, 1899.
