Numerous black and white illustrations. 74 effective pages at end of book include an appendix listing expensive items sold at the Kern Sale & the Bishop Sale, an appendix listing the publications of Kennerley, sources and acknowledgments, notes, selected bibliography and index. Remainder mark to top of text block edge. Unclipped dust jacket, now protected in archival plastic cover, is lightly soiled and rubbed with some edgewear. 337 pp. A signed, scholarly work on a fascinating man in a fascinating, bygone world.
