Fine acetate dust jacket. Designated “Publisher’s Copy” on the colophon page and SIGNED by Shelnutt. Laid-in to this copy are two TLSs and a mailgram from Shelnutt to John and Barbara Martin thanking them for work on the book, and detailing her promotional efforts.
