Sampson Low, London, No date. Edition Unstated. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Ordinary/Poor. Illustrator: J. Pollack -- Cover Art. 184pp. Pale purple boards with black writing on the spine along with an illustration of a horses' head. Bumping to the head and to the heel of the spine and to the top front book edge. Shelfwear to lower book edges and rubbing to the book corners. A little marking of the book panels particularly the top front edge, front spine edge and the top half of the back panel. Browning to the paper edges. Offset tanning to the endpapers with browning and the internal pages are also somewhat brown. Previous owner's name on the front paste down. Illustrated dustwrapper, by J. Pollack, with yellow and white writing on the front panel and black and red on the spine. The dustwrapper is rubbed, faded, creased and grubby. Chipping, with loss to all dustwrapper corners and there is a little chipping with loss to the top and bottom rear spine edges. There is a tear measuring 1.75 "from the top front spine gutter edge into the body of the spine. There is chipping and creasing to the top and bottom dustwrapper edges and there are small tears as well. When a wandering cowboy ambles into Forlorn Valley in not only runs into the prettiest girl in the Valley but also a conspiracy to take over the land run by his twin brother!
