Mustard cloth boards with no edgewear, bright gilt title on the spine. Very clean and tight inside. Dust jacket has very slight wear along the edges. Subtitled "A Portrait of the Bedouins of Eastern Saudi Arabia in Mid-Century". No hint of the modernization or oil wealth in this book; a fine record of Bedouin life in the 1960s, the near end of their long desert history. .
