Bound in the style of a prayer book, why not? Hardcover, as pictured. First edition with same date on title & copyright pages, but possibly a later printing, with a mysterious "4" standing alone below the copyright notice. Full black cloth, gilt titling, rounded corners, all edges stained red. Light wear; no jacket, as issued; faint foxing. Text clean; 320 pages.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. 5¾" by 8".
