Each book from the Ballantine collection comes with a loose card indicating it is from the library of Ian and Betty Ballantine. Vol I book is fine, no wear; Dj with slight wear at corners. Vol II book is near fine, single point of wear at base of spine; DJ with wear, 1 1/2' tear at top of front panel, a few small areas of losses along rear flap fold, short splits at top and bottom of front flap fold and front spine edge, 1/8" V-chip at base of front sine edge. Both DJ's a little faded on spines.
