Hardcover. Condition: Good- for age. Rare. Tooled, green cloth boards with gilt lettering to front and spine. Boards marked, tanned to all edges. Corners noticeably bumped and worn. Board edges are grubby and rubbed. Spine heavily faded with missing cloth to ends and separating from binding. Page edges shelf dusty. Title page has hand written inscription 'Mima E Lethbridge great-great Grandaughter of' Edward Horace Swete and page coming away from binding to top. Mild foxing to some pages and previous owners pencil annotations. 139 pages. Two plans and a hand coloured circular folding map contained within a pocket at the rear of the book, the pocket has a small tear.
