Cover by George Schneeman. Chicago poet Henry Kanbus was adjacent, if not a part of, second generation New York School poetry. He was published in journals Big Sky, Brilliant Corners, The (Chicago) Reader, Mati, Here It Is. Flood Lights is his first collection of poetry and had poems that were previously published in Buffalo Stamps, Chicago, 15 Chicago Poets (Milk Quarterly), Out There, Stone Wind, Telephone, The World.
