Written by Charles Godfrey Leland, an American humorist and folklorist. In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, smart with light shelf wear and minor bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine and the odd mark to the board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot and light age toning to the endpapers. Very Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
