About This Item
New York: Parents' Magazine Press, 1966. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. The interior of the book is in excellent condition, with crisp, clean pages showing no marks or signs of previous use. The blue covers are fresh, with just a touch of wear at tips and corners. The dust jacket is price-clipped, with minor wear overall. However the spine shows heavier wear, with colour fading, and two nicks of paper missing at the top and bottom. The attached scan gives a better idea of the appearance of the jacket. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. Synopsis: Twelve-year-old Chris Walker, attending Camp Alpine in the wilds of New Hampshire for the first time, is first preoccupied with camp activites and new friends. Soon, however, she becomes aware of the mysery surounding Cetta, the daughter of a famous actress.
