Full leather binding, gilt spine lettering and horizontal ruling, 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches, 392 pp. Boards fragile at hinges (particularly the front), but still attached; otherwise, binding strong; substantial wear to leather, with foci of erosion, particularly at spine ends, edges and tips; slight foxing to endpapers; minor dampstaining, first few pages, upper aspect near gutter; otherwise, pages are quite clean).
