New York: W. W. Norton & Company, Inc., 1968. 928 pp. Original half-red pebbled morocco leather w/ red cloth boards in matching publisher's slipcase. Four raised bands on spine w/ gilt title and decorations. Top edge gilt. Red ribbon bookmark. Top corner of front cover bumped. Modest rubbing to spine ends. Bottom edge of text block lightly soiled. Slipcase a bit faded, lightly soiled and rubbed w/ faint dampstain on one side. Contents very nice.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Dust Jacket. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
