Presentation copy with one-page loose insert and presentation name plate on inside front cover. Includes French and English sections. B&W photos. 183 pages including lengthy appendices. Dark blue hardcover with gilt lettering on front and spine. Minor edgewear and rubbing to robin blue DJ. DJ also has some wear to corners/spine ends including several short tears on front top edge and short open tear at back upper spine edge. Uncommon.
