Large format hardcover, folio bound in dark green cloth with large color pictorial paste-down on front cover. 124 pages; followed by 66 pages of magnificent ads by contemporary retailers located on or close to Fifth Avenue. Illustrated with black and white photographs and drawings, several of the latter in color. First edition. No previous ownership marks. Very mild rubbing to extremities at tips and outer joints, else a clean, sound, unmarked and fresh copy. Near fine..
