Previous owner's name and rank written in pencil on the front cover and on the free front endpaper, light browning to the free front endpaper, folded pamphlet has some heavy wrinkling and creases at edges, 7 pages have a tiny stain in the margin, the fold-out 'messgage form' at the rear of the book has been partilally completed in pencil, light edge wear to covers..
