Mass market paperback, later undated printing, xix + 716 pages; tiny traces of shelf wear but spine and covers flat/uncreased, very tight in binding, store stamp inside front cover and another on facing (non-text) page, all pages age toned as usual but all very clean and unmarked, obviously unread. PLEASE NOTE: the Stock Image provided by next to my listing is an image of the British edition of this book with price "60p", but my otherwise identical copy is the American edition with price "$1.95".
