Stated first edition. Hardcover, full blue-green cloth, red titling. Light wear, head of spine gnawed by, perhaps, a small teething animal, affecting about a ¾-inch square, with corresponding loss to jacket, which is otherwise but lightly worn, though with a small hole at the front flap crease and a short tear. Text clean; xii, 159 pages + colophon; line drawing heading each tale.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good. Illus. by Helen R, Durney. 6½" by 9¾".
