New York: George H. Doran, [1911]. 117 pages. Original light green boards lettered in dark green, with gilt centerpiece front cover. [19.8 cm.] Near fine in very good plus dust jacket. Minor wear to spine ends; tanning to endpapers from binder's glue. Jacket is sunned on spine panel and shows minuscule chips to ends of spine panel. Still an attractive copy. First American edition, first issue, with price of $1.00 on spine panel of dust jacket. [A later issue is found with the price of $1.25 added to the dust jacket.] Preceded by the London edition of the same year.
