Pages are lightly age toned but otherwise clean and clear. Binding is tight.). Four volume set bound in blue cloth with gilt lettering on front cover and spine. First volume is titled: Early Years, 543 pp with bw illustrations. The second is titled: 1905-1928, xix, 674 pp, bw illustrations. The third volume: 1928-1945, Part 1, xvii, 684 pp,bw illustrations. The fourth volume: 1928-1945, Part II, pages 739-1615 pp, bw illustrations. Vol. 2 edited by Elliott Roosevelt, assisted by James N. Rosenau; v. 3-4 edited by Elliott Roosevelt, assisted by Joseph P. Lash. Foreword by Eleanor Roosevelt. Includes portraits, facsimiles, genealogical tables and indexes.
