Foreword by Arthur Mizener. Much underlining and ink plus pencil notes throughout, helpful and insightful, though. Illustrated front wrapper, creased down middle from top to bottom, creased near bottom front tip, three light brown stains at bottom back, creased near top back tip. Reading Copy.
